Ben, you really have a gift for photographic composition. Amongst all car blogs, your pictures are by far the most balanced. Keep it up, Old parked cars remains a reference.
2+2 means 4 seats. Most 280Z's only had 2 seats and they were slightly shorter with a different rear profile. Datsun made the 4 passenger model Z in '74 all the way through the last 300ZX, of course no longer being Datsun, which had been replaced with Nissan

The rear of these things is car design on its A game.
Appears to have had a new front hood and fender, with a re-paint.
