Ditto, Richard! I had never even included the Rambler in the same niche as the Nova, Falcon (and may I also add: the Dart?) even though it clearly is a competitor to those cars. The Rambler just seemed above that herd. Maybe just because it wasn't as common? But I just liked it much better.
Just a note--if you're familiar with cars from that time period, you'll know that this is not a coupe, but rather a 2-door sedan. The coupe was a separate model.

Beautiful design, appropriate color. The skinny whitewalls are perfect.
Such a modern and handsome design. Would've looked fresh if it came out 10 years later.
Sturdy little cars, but beware if buying a used one that these cars came with an archaic flathead engine straight out of the 1940s!

yeah, the "coupe" tag is relic from the blog's earliest days. we oughta swap it out for "two-door."
the color is so good — especially oxidized to such a matte finish.
