i was thinking some contrasting yellow circles. bet this thing would go over great with some green stripes and a relocation to Wisconsin, although i doubt it would survive the first winter.
one thing that stands out to me is the suspiciously shiny and intact grilles but the missing "R" in the name plaque immediately above them. looks a little too intentional to be believable.

If I lived in Portland, I'd turn this into a food truck that served nothing but different types of toast.
I wonder if these were ever used as mail trucks?
