I think they are generic auto part store hubcaps. They're hideous, whatever they are. Nice old woody wagon otherwise, like the extra vent windows back by the tailgate.

My dad had an 86 sedan, and for some reason It was always my favorite. In an era of really horrid stuff from GM, the A-bodies somehow stood out as decent, straightforward efforts. This one is lovely, even with the "wood".

I was hoping it was a 6000 LE, aka the Gooley.
Used to drive one at work. Wasn't crazy about the bench seat, but it had a nice snarly (2.8L V6) exhaust note for a wagon.
