We had the CVCC hatchback the same color. It was such a revelation to drive compared to most cars back then. What we know as Honda bulletproof mechanicals and attention to detail were still some years off though. By 1983, our engine had eaten three head gaskets replaced N/C from the dealer, the 5th gear disappeared around four years in, and the entire subframe was completely rusted away. Besides the big holes on the floor, large chunks of the firewall and windshield pillars were rusted out. When the factory recall fixed the rust (how do you repair parts of the firewall and pillars?), the dealers forgot to put cotters into the ball joint castle nuts... the whole suspension failed on a test drive while we were trying to sell the car. We bought a SAAB 95 wagon with the money from the eventual sale!

great bluehouse/yellowcar/blueplate contrast/composition in pic #1.
heck yes roof rack.
Wow, what a pristine example. Is that the original dealer sticker in the window?
DO WANT! What a perfect size and dimensions. I bet it's a blast to drive, too.
