I think a lot of people thought those things were junk, that's cool to see one still surviving on the road. (Picture 1) That graffiti and the dead bright red paint along with the tinted windows looks oppressive. Maybe something you'd find in Los Angeles California?- (Picture 2) Looks like a Catholic Church up the block with beautiful architecture, along with a nice blue sky. Something you would find in Victoria British Columbia Canada?
I miss mine sometimes. Bought in 1992 with 107k. Sold in 2010 after 20 years of great service (for double what I orig paid and 190k on the clock). Great little car. I wa concerned that some parts were specific to the turbo model and would get more difficult to locate. Plus I ride a bike much more than drive now and still own an A2 GTI 16v.
