Cool ass graphics! Wonder if it was hit in the rear? Note the different tailgate and succeeding generation tail lights. Maybe the whole bed was replaced, note the wheel wells and fender flare differences.
I noticed the bed's wheel well/fender flare difference instantly and thought that it got swapped as well. Love the 80's as hell graphics, but those late 90's-early 2000's American Racing wheels are gaudy as hell.

Whole bed was likely replaced.
Swapping the front end is a bolt in operation too.
