I always wonder how these little Japanese kei trucks find their way over to the USA. There was a mini Isuzu Elf for sale a while back, and I so wanted it! These would make great little utility trucks for hauling parts and engines.
freaking crazy. if you covered up the badge, i'd assume this was a subaru. i didn't realize honda made one, too, but then of course.
the only reason i don't really want one is i can't see a practical application in my life, and i feel like that's my problem--not the truck's.
what i need is a job at a warehouse or airport, buzzing across acres of pavement or through a winding maze of subterranean tunnels, delivering isotopes or coffee filters or something.
but actually, this google image search reminds me that, for such an application, there's something i'd want to drive even more than a kei truck.
this needs a K-swap. someone has to make a conversion kit, right?!
in all seriousness, this would be the perfect companion to a cafe-style CB build. your combined MPG would be stellar and style points would abound. need to pick up a parts bike? no problem. want to impress a girl on your first date? ...well ... maybe this and a nicely sorted NSX would be the perfect companions to said CB.

I love these weird little trucklets, but they appear to be rolling deathtraps. Where's the new title shot from? It has not been posted yet.
I have always loved these. I have no idea what I'd do with one, but I would love to have one.
Ben or Tony is standing in the highway to take the banner/title picture. Also where could the driver have gone?
I suggest a new name for Portland: Neverwashmycarland.

also, props to ben for turning the banner image concept into a foreshadowing sneak preview teaser. we want to see this!
