I'm not sure what I think about this. It's pretty self-indulgent and contrived looking.
The rat-rod description is on point.
I think the paint job looks ok, but the tires and wheels are just a little too much. There's probably a middle ground that could have it looking better. Just not sure where that would be.
Painting almost anything flat black is tasteless. Painting a BMW 2002 is an EXCEPTIONAL offense. I hope this gets impounded and auctioned off to a proper owner.
