My dad had a 1968 Catalina coupe. It was dark green and had a black vinyl roof.A lighter green interior and it was air conditioned. All of the adults were smokers, which meant that all the windows were always open instead.Anyone knows if they are old enough to remember, that a car did not NEED A/C, because of the vent windows, and the vent openings below the dashboard on both sides.I remember looking at the reflection of the car as we passed in front of store fronts in the evening or late at night and thinking about how cool those arrow shaped side marker lights all lit up.I was always bugging my dad about when certain lights on the car were not working. It was a 400 engine, but I do not remember if it was a two or a four barrel carb.Eventually, dad had to get rid of it because the timing chain broke.Once that happened, forget it.Unless you were rich.

wow, what an excellent opc.
i really want to spend some time inside of it.
and how about that hedge across the street with the door cut into it?
Compare the tail lights of this with the Duster. These have to be among the coolest ever!
The Catalina during the late 60s also had L shaped taillights.
Shot #4 of the hood, is absolutely spectacular. Maybe a best shot ever for OPC.
Those Taillights are mint and love the Patina on that hood shoot. What a boat this thing is.
I would totally daily drive this.
