I've owned 2 of these- first a black 88 Omni and a then blue 88 Horizon. I had to finally get rid of the Horizon a few years ago when I moved. It had almost 300k miles on it but was still running. It was getting very difficult to find parts for it when I sold it (for $150 after owning it for 14 years). I have a lot of memories from my Horizon.
When I got rid of mine, it had one functioning door handle left, neither the speedometer odometer nor tachometer worked, and the oil pressure guage read disturbingly low at idle. I pretty much ran it into the ground.

This is one those cars our small automobile industry managed to manufacture(along Saab), as Talbot Horizon. In Uusikaupunki factory, Finland.
The Psychic sees something on the Horizon.

That is one sharp two-tone paintjob.
Had a friend that had very much like that. He drove it 60 miles each way to work for years before it just completely fell apart.
tremendous find, giving my favorite, frosty lynx a run for its money.
great neighborhood, too. missing it.
Hmm, a Dodge Omni in between a chocolate shop and a psychic... Okay...
Awesome license plate!
I love those two tone cars that were offered during the Carter/Reagan administrations.
