I think this might be a "skybird". Pontiac did redbirds, yellowbird, and skybird packages that had matching color interiors, striping, and painted snowflake alloys. These are pretty rare but nobody knows how many were made.
yes, the 'birds in this trim (redbird, yellowbird, skybird etc) were less than manly but they were aimed directly at the female administrative support staff who was single and had money to spend. at least 'round detroit when i was growing up that's who drove them.

i definitely photographed the "firebird" badges for reference, and i was about to post how disappointed i was to clarify that it is not a skybird.
but a quick google search for "pontiac skybird emblem" produced this, and i had to do triple-check that i hadn't overlooked some detail.
but there it is on the b-pillar!
