I just realized that yesterdays Colt is visible in the 4th pic. They seem to have a horse themed car collection, Broncos and Colts. I may have to take a road trip to OR sometime to do a bit of old car spotting, hiking and beer drinking.
colts and bronco's a fabulous combination. I dig the gt colt and that 78-79 bronco is drawing my attention also. gotta love the full size bronco. those look like the 4 spoke 14 inch cragar ss rims they offered in the 70's on that colt, if they are, they are super rare and look great on that little mitsu/dodge. these are probably some of the rarest rebadged j-tin mobiles out there, even at the jccs they are not vast in numbers, so having two is very awesome indeed.
That last shot showing the collection, is awesome. Those bumper guards have really taken great care of the car, but I bet if I saw it without them I'd be hard pressed to not make an offer. Factory double side markers?!
I had a 1974 Colt as my first car back in the mid 80's. I put a Weber carb and an open element air cleaner on it to replace the factory 2-barrel. Wow what a difference it made! I remember my mechanic coming back after taking it out for a test drive after installing it. He had a huge grin on is face and said "This car goes like F&*K now." It sounded great too. It must have added at least 20-25 horsepower - it was so fuel starved.

Gorgeous... I dig those Cragar-type wheels. Looks like its a real cream puff too.

hmm, the 'domino' turn signals are a nice touch.
Shame about that one missing mag and lettered tire-this is one tough customer otherwise.
why same year as the one posted before but different tailights ? Base model VS GT I guess ?
This was looking somewhat familiar and no wonder, it's also known as Mitsubishi Galant at this side of the pond.

Cult status is guaranteed.
