my god, I had forgotten how cool those dashboards were, I saw one of these for sale about 10 years ago and it had that domed speedo. I wanted it just for the dash and the chance to see the pod lit up at night. it has got to be the coolest and biggest speedo in the history of automobiles, the thing looks huge when you are looking at it. quite a striking choice for a patina'd hot rod.

Yes these are one the greatest land yatchs to run the roads. They were roomy inside, road and drove well. I think the 4 door Seadans like this one were a bit more quiet on the inside, less door leaks and wind noise to deal with. Where was this taken? Looks like Tacoma WA, but I'm not sure

what a specimin, and yes--great choice for a mild custom. the black steelies, chrome nuts and whitewalls are all the detail you need to show that this thing is ready to rock.

the dash is almost steampunk in its futuristic ambition.

That is one bitchin' machine. Almost looks like one I saw on Ebay back in May of 2010-damn near exact same trunk surface rust.

This screams Edsel without the vagina slapped on the front end. Cool car, though. This is what the Edsel could've looked like, had they gone a more...conservative route design-wise.
