Hmmm...the Civic's roof is level with the Ram's hood. Love the way these look though; that steep rear window has pretty much disappeared from modern hatchbacks. These second-gen Civics are pretty common in Seattle for some reason...I keep seeing them!
Love 2G Civics! This is an '81: one-year only chrome bumpers ('80 had body-color top and bottom sections with the same rubber faces, '82-83 had full plastic bumpers).
I live in Mass, and once in a GREAT while I'll see one of these, through they're probably not in good condition like this one. I Like the styling on this, and it shows the Civic's maturity from where it started in the early 70s. I think Civics were offered in Sedans beginning in 1981(?), so after that the demand for them probably dropped off a little (though they still seemed to make hatchbacks into the 90s. Good find!

Absolutely love this gen of Civic. Great find, and great shots.
Look at how close that Ram is to the rear of it.....eek!
You gotta love these old Hondas. Is that how you add additional horsepower?
