This design is so well balanced yet so out of proportion, It's a pity, cos they look awsome on TV, or as scale models, but in real life they just appear to be struggling with 'ol gravity.
they used them as police cars in my country back in 70s.all came with v8&in the country that petrol costs 6 bucks per litre(24 bucks/gallon).the goverment went broke just bkz of these bad boys&they ended up replacing them with peugeot 504(v6 gas)alot lighter on petrol&faster.at the end all those ex cop cars went to auction&no body wanted them(no one could afford the gas bill).

Cars like this, in this color, used to be absolutely EVERYWHERE. Usually driven by overweight women wearing doubleknit polyester pants. Shudder.
They had a fleet of these in black on Get Smart (the TV show). Also, nice landyacht in the driveway!

I would give my good kidney for this car. It's so difficult to find these cars, I remember when everyone's mom had something like this!

It's too bad they were so hard on gas. That's why you won't see many anymore. A nice looking auto, though.
This with slotmags or Torque Thrust II's=bitchin' to the max. And fix the sagging rear, too.
