That "funky bumper fill pipe" is probably some ingenious old man's solution to increasing traction in the snow. Guess he needed the bed area for hauling stuff, instead of sand bags.

That filler is for the blinker fluid, they always charge me at munro because i cant find mine to fill it but they keep it topped off for me.
