Speaking of things Yugo, if you haven't seen the movie Drowning Mona, you should! Yugos aplenty in that flick. Great performances, too, by Danny DeVito, Bette Midler, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Will Ferrel.
I like these things, these look awesome as rally machines. one guy went as far as to make one with Lancia Delta Integrale running gear and box flares and it looks like a shrunken delta. this thing would be bad ass with a mr layout and a turbo V6. what a sleeper that would be.
Awesome .. always liked these, an attractive small hatch. I spotted one in Salem a few times a year or three ago. Hadn't seen one since a family friend 15 years ago (she hauled a dog half the size of the Zastava in it, and traded 'up' for a Metro)

I read somewhere that there's less than 1000 of these turds still left on US roads...amazing to find one! I've only ever seen one in my life.

Also , they used a yugo a couple of weeks ago in an episode of top Gear america :)

One of the best things about the Yugo was the fan that kept the rear window defrosted. It kept your hands warm when you pushed it.
