I've only seen one of these where I live in Illinois, and I was like wtf... holy crap when I saw it. such a cool 80's machine and it's rear wheel drive. and those bold rims ARE killer.they kinda remind me of those cool rims from the late 80's early 90's cavalier z24. I think it looks better with the small square quads as apposed to the JDM flush dual's. the quads make it look a little more menacing.
ben's posts these occasionally, and readers always respond enthusiastically, but this is the first one that's struck me as something really from another era.
Awesome to see another JR on the road!! My rebuild/refresh is almost complete. I've been at it for a year and a half and I am almost ready to turn the key!

Yep, love the rims. That front treatment isn't too bad either. Just noticed the cube rims echo the cubed rear lights...so cool...
