Wow, bad memories. This was about the time Renault hooked up to try and save AMC-Jeep-Eagle.They failed. Although the nuts at Motor Trend voted the Alliance piece of crap car of the year, but then again also gave it to the 72 Vega. Flip side of story, I ordered a new 84 Jeep Cherokee Chief loaded and it had Chevy V6, a Chrysler 5 Speed Manual and Renault seats and it was one of the best cars I ever owned. Go figure.
man, this is one of those cars that's kind of categorized in my brain as a very early opc. such a ridiculous crazy rare find, but i didn't comprehend at all, because i'd only photographed probably less than 100 cars. and then you photographed it again later with a comment that made me think it was just a neighborhood car near where you lived, ben. but two and a half years later, i've yet to cross paths with it or any other fuego.
then in recent months i actually would think of it, and remind myself to ask you about it, because it had become a mystery in my mind.
so remind me to ask for the full story on this car next time we're drinking coffee.
This Renault picture looks awesome . I love Renault. I have a Renault scenic which has nice feature, good mileage etc . I also have a repair manual in which I can get many information as like it’s maintenances, repair system, lighting diagram and I can fix problem for my Renault . The car is smooth and people can get Renault scenic with their preferences .
I was crazy about these cars back in the early 1980's. There was something so "foreign" about them that charmed me to no end. By the time these were released, I was already deep in payments on another car, I didn't want to go further into negative equity to get one of these. I guess once they developed their reputation I was glad I didn't...
I just passed this baby driving through my neighborhood! The lady driving it looked so cool, I gave a big thumbs up and could tell by her response how much she loves this car.
I'm having trouble thinking of another OPC that I respect this much for remaining a daily driver.
My grandfather owns a Renault car and it is an old model car. So there are some issues that he is facing. I suggested him to follow the factory auto repair manuals Renault.

Actually, the expandable rubber belt encompassing the vehicle contracts at high TURBO speeds in order to reduce wind drag. eh,.. beh oui.

I am stoaked to have met the woman that owns that car! She drives it and loves it.
