What a beautifully designed car. A truly utilitarian sedan, yet such classy lines and chrome. A friend of mine had one. When he bought it he just stood there looking at it smiling. I remember he left the lights on and it wouldn't start. A couple of us got behind and pushed it, he dropped it in 2nd gear, and it roared to life. The good ol' days really were pretty good.
Except for the Cadillac-inspired fins, this a pretty dumpy, cobbled-together & feckless design. Could be a late '50s (senior) Rambler, except those had a lot more style & presence.
