considering that the immediately preceding cars included an '86 toyota pickup, an '85 lincoln, an '86 audi, and an '80 subaru, i was rather baffled at your choice to post this pair of cars when you did, benny.
i stayed up till midnight just so i could post the volare wagon as the next day's post and get started burying these things as quickly as possible.
...that said, after returning to the page ten or so times since, they are finally starting to grow on me. that battle scar looks like hollywood makeup. i can hardly believe it would be possible to do something to a car that would have that dramatic an effect without also causing serious structural destruction.
