I had a 62 skylark in high school. Painted it in the original Camelot rose color, rebuilt the transmission, black leather interior was nice so I put a headliner in it. No one told me as it was my first car that cars need oil changes. Burned up the engine and ended up losing mine too

I had one of these in Portland for years - red and white. Incredibly fast and fun car, burned out the dynaflow trans and walked away. Dumb.
