It's rhd so definitely not usdm. Awd turbo diesel toyota = awesome vehicle
I own this van now. It lives in Claremont California and yes it's registered here. Total PITA to find parts, but worth every penny. Looks different than this now. Lifted with bigger tires and rims powder coated black. Thinking of a custom paint job.
