Marty's dream car was a Toyota pickup, and a nice one at that. Dodge's small pickups don't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as the better-in-every-way 'Yotas.
That cap/canopy on the back looks absolutely hideous. It's so crude that it looks like it's from the 70s and doesn't belong on the slightly more refined 80s lines of this truck. But, at least the colors match! That orange/yellow combo is also from the 70s, the original owner, or one of this truck's owner must have been stuck in the 70s. This truck is so ugly, it's almost cool.
They don't make mini trucks like this any more, now that the Ranger (an 80's leftover itself) is out of production. Unless you consider the slightly larger mid-size Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon or previous Dodge Dakota to be mini trucks.

Just like in "Back to the Future". Remember Marty's dream car (only that it was a 4x4? Those graphics really suit the car.

These were rebadged Mitsubishis, were they not? Or maybe Isuzu-built?
yeah, mitsubishi but they ran well and you couldn't get a toyota diesel truck in the us at the time...

I drove one of these in high school. It was yellow with orange yellow red stripes down the side and hood. It was so awesome!
