I am stunned to see a couple of Wisconsin cars turn up among the usual Oregon and Washington plates. The Grand Prix has Wisconsin collector plates and the Caddy has regular plates. I would try (414) 732-4033 if you want to buy the Grand Prix, that's the number in the window and I am pretty sure that it was for sale somewhere in the City of Milwaukee which has a 414 area code.

Spot on Big Dave. I went to Milwaukee last month on business, and these are the only 2 OPCs I passed.
