Wince. I don't think I can forgive Toyota for this joint venture. This era marked the death of fun, affordable Toyotas. And this thing just rubs salt in the wounds.
well, i love the look of these things. i always shoot 'em and have a whole pile on my hard drive to post, but it just happens that none of the images came out very well, and i acknowledge the cars are pretty unremarkable anyway. so i waited to post. when i spotted this one, the light and setting were perfect, plus it's two-tone with a red pinstripe and some option package called "cl."
so i got my satisfaction, and this may be the last one i post for a while, but i won't hesitate to post another if i'm psyched on it.

Back in the day we called these toyolets (toilets) & it was ironic as they actually were big piles of shit.
This is actually a 1988 as that is the only year that these taillights were used
