Finnish Post used thousands of these for delivering post in countryside in 1970s.
Major reason for that was the those cars were assembled at Uusikaupunki factory (Saab-Valmet at that time), in Finland, using parts made in Sweden and Finland, making it only domestic van suitable for task.
