Hey Justin, the bins are a Goodwill outlet store. One of the last stops before things get shipped to developing countries or dumped in the landfill. Goods are primarily purchased by the pound, and it's awesome.

And found another emblem shot from months previous, decided to add it.
I can see this in an episode of Celebrity Deathmatch, pitted against a brand new Cadillac Escalade. I'd put my money on the Travelall!
That's a '65 or '66... '67 has a different grille.
There's the exact same Travelall all freshly painted up just below Mt.Tabor on yamhill and about 75th ave. I wonder if it's the same one.
