Those are in fact stock, with a subtle little XR4Ti logo in the center. This is such a hot little torquey-turbo-RWD package, I'd love to have one, but I can't imagine parts for a German Ford being cost effective like my Corollas.
Once I had a car like this with exactly the same color and wheels. In Europe where I come from a car like this was considered to be American. Greetings :-)

There's a nice red one in a few towns over from my area. The owner plans on driving it to Cali. Yeah, good luck with that. lol
