"VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH LAP BELTS" haha he's tired of being pulled over by the NANNY STATE to make sure he's safe..!! Because it's not a 'revenue' thing, it's a safety thing... Nothing worse than a bored cop - there just is not enough 'easy to solve' crime around these days...
