Anyone know anything of this GS' history? Given the year, the side-marker light and the blue-on-yellow plates, this might have been one of the cars Citroen USA imported and federalized as test-marketing/experimental vehicles in the early 70s before deciding not to sell the GS and ultimately pulling out of the US market.
It'd be very interesting to know, I bet it hasn't ran in years and would be a huge money pit.
Very cool... it probably traded places with the DS to avoid being impounded. If the owner ever wants to sell it, I'll be in the market for a project European car in a couple years, am in Eugene and am one of probably very few Citroen fans in the state.

i bet you're right, but for what it's worth, today i noticed the cars had traded spots on the curb.
